HATCH to be presented at the Switch to Space event in Belgium

For the first time in Belgium, an inspiring event dedicated to students and young professionals interested in a career in space will be held on October 8th in the Egmont Palais in Brussels, Belgium. More than 50 speakers – including Belgian ESA astronaut Frank de Winne as well as various stakeholders from Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia – will provide a comprehensive overview of the many job opportunities offered within the industrial, academic and scientific communities.

The main objective is to present the many career opportunities in the space domain to a young audience. It is a great opportunity for the HATCH team to meet the professionals who are going to do the presentations as well as the students and young professionals who form an important target audience for the HATCH web portal.

The presentation will be held at 17:20 CET. The main goal of the presentation will be to explain the future Network and Quick Knowledge functionalities, which will help users gather information for projects, dissertations and career building and find out about research results and important events.

The HATCH consortium will be represented by Linda Kimeisa, who is a communication manager at WIT Berry (Latvia).
